BoxBell Adjustable Dumbbells
BoxBell is a unique 3-in-1 weights system. By simply switching the removable handle into the central position BoxBell becomes perfectly balanced for dumbbell workouts. Each BoxBell dumbbell can be adjusted from 8kg to 20kg by removing or inserting 2kg weight plates. The removable handle securely locks these weight plates into position.
Dumbbells will isolate more muscles around the shoulders and chest than using a standard barbell because you are forced to keep each dumbbell stable when in use.
